My daughter chose this nylon shoulder bag for women for school and absolutely loves it. It is comfortable, durable, and keeps her things organized. It's amazing how much she can pack in there, yet when she puts the backpack over her shoulder, it does not feel heavy due to the design and weight distribution of this pack. She will use this backpack for years.  Really like this bag. It is roomy and has plenty of pockets to organize things like cords and chargers. It seems to protect my laptop well. There is room for books, headphones, ipod, etc. I also like the pocket area where the backpack straps are. It's a great place to put a newspaper and it allows easy access. As of now, I am very content with this purchase and find it to be a very good value.  All of my friends will tell you that I do not pack light when I go on trips. But for the short trip to California that my son and I took this best shoulder bags for men was great. I feel that it is more durable than some of the suitcases that I have used in the past.

 

It has a ton of pockets and compartments for just about anything that you can think of. I am happy to say that this backpack is holding up extremely well and will most likely be used again next year.  I liked this backpack so much, that I purchased a new one after the first one was stolen.

I would purchase it again if this one disappears too.  I bought two Weekender Convertibles for my husband and me to each take to NYC on a leisure trip. It is wonderful for traveling on the plane/train. It provides enough room for our clothes, etc. For the trip yet is easy to carry using the backpack capability.  Great bag. You can get a lot more in it than you think. Great organization too.  I bought this backpack for college at Alabama. I really like the room and the protection the backpack has for my laptop.  Really like the size of the bag!Needed a large best shoulder bags for school and really fits my needs!Bag was bought for my child.  Well-designed and very durable. I used it on a 9-day trip to Spain and I was able to put it everything that I needed on my vacation. I will use it again on my upcoming trip to Europe in May.  Love it. Tons of pockets, more than you'll even use. It seems to be indestructible, which is why I buy Dakine products.

Nice double wheels. Recommend!  Love this backpack. I use it for school everyday, and it holds a ton of stuff, but is very comfortable to carry. I can fit all of my books and notebooks in it at the same time. I like the front pocket that holds supplies, but I wish there was a pocket inside the large section that would hold the pens, pencils, etc that I tend to toss in after class. There are two nice mesh pockets on the sides that hold a large bottle of water - those are very nice!  Roomy backpack purse and fits all my stuff...  I am a medical student, so this backpack is perfect for my tremendous amount of notes/books in addition to my laptop, food, water bottle. It feels good to your spine and i realized it is actually endorsed by the American Chiropractic Assoc. BUT I actually have a small frame, so it looks quite awkward on me.

 

The backpack, when fully packed, is larger than my torso. I shoulda ordered the backpack specifically for women. Regardless of how awkward it looks on me, I still prefer this backpack over carrying two large side bags for my stuffs.  This blue nylon knapsack is great for the the price!It has plenty of storage and is very durable.  Good solid bag. Could be less expensive. Well made.  My daughter loves the pattern, and we've always been happy with Jansport quality.  Item was as it appeared. No surprises. Good quality at a good value.  It comes in very handy when I'm out with the kids. I need my hands free to take care of my little ones, so this mini-sling turned out to be a great solution.  This is a great backpack or messenger bag for taking on vacation since both of your hands are free. It worked out really well for our recent trip to disneyworld.

 After using it every day for a week, the only wear I can see is two small holes in the outside mesh pocket that we used for carrying our water bottles.  Perfect computer bag! I have owned this computer backpack model for a few years now and I am extremely pleased with it. I carry my laptop in a sleeve inside this bag as I commute to and from work. I have also used it for travel on airlines. The best part about it is the compact size and organization. Compared to a much larger bag with way too many pockets that I got elsewhere, this is far superior. It is not so bulky that I would bump into people on public transportation or boarding an airline. But I can still fit in stuff for lunch or other items I need to bring to work.

I also will use this coffee cheap nylon purse in January when I travel to the United Kingdom.

Plenty of room. Lightweight.  Good casual backpack. Shoulder straps not considerably comfortable, but gets job done for price.  It is a nice bag, looks great and is easy to use.  Used this student backpacks on a trip to Europe for two weeks. Loved it!  It is a perfect size for very young children.  I purchased this to replace a much larger backpack. It's been great to have to cut down on the amount of stuff I carry back and forth to work. For this price, I don't think you can find a better backpack.  The item is a Christmas present for my wife, which she has not used yet. The selected items that rate the item do not apply but were selected because of the forced validation of the website.  My daughter is a freshman in High School and so far, loves her backpack. Looks great, very trendy and durable.  This is a great value for the money. I walk with it, and wear it for biking. The straps are so comfortable, I forget that I'm carrying a laptop and accessories. I bought the orange model so that Id be more visible on my bike.  Exactly as pictured on website; perfect for school books, etc.  I bought this bag for my daughter who is starting college this fall. She brought it with her on a recent family vacation and I was really impressed with it. It holds her big laptop and plenty of other stuff and the telescoping handle is long enough for a tall guy like me to use.

 

I am looking for a new laptop bag for myself and am seriously considering this bag!  This bag allows you carry clothes for a three day trip and securely carries your laptop. I especially like the fact it fits in all overhead storage on even the small regional jets It is great. I use it daily for school, I love the fact I can fit my laptop and my books in it for those late night trips to the library. I also will use this coffee cheap nylon purse in January when I travel to the United Kingdom. It is the perfect size for me to carry-on with me.  I am very impressed with the profile and the look when worn as a backpack. It is also very easy to convert to a single strap. The leather is excellent.  Purchased for daughter in middle school. It holds her laptop and still has plenty of space for her books.  This backpack is good for carrying netbooks, internet tablets and smaller laptops. This bag is not made for large laptops or big text books. I use my bag to carry my tablet, my netbook and my networking equipment/tools. I am a pockets kind of person and wished this backpack had a few more pockets to stick things like my tools. Other than that it is a great sling.  I purchased this bag two years ago, use it everyday and it still looks new.  This is the 5th student messenger bags i've bought for my 3 boys. They last long and wear incredibly well. An excellent value.  I am very happy with this backpack.

I was a little concerned that it might be a bit small, but it's the perfect size, not to small and not too large. My laptop stays well protected, and it even holds a larger size laptop (which I have). The front zippers are a little bit stiff, but it hasn't bothered me. The orange interior is genius. I can find everything quickly. Plenty of pockets and places to stash goodies. It's well padded and really comfortable to carry. I'd buy this bag again in a heartbeat.  The backpack bag is so good - I purchased a second one for my wife. The bright interior is very smart - you can actually see things that are down in the bag. Great padding for the laptop, good organization throughout.  I am a freshman in college so i have seen my share of backpacks, but this is only my second time with a jansport and my first time with a superbreak. I chose this bag because of the great design, but i love it because it is so comfortable and convenient. This bag is functional and stylish, a definite 10 all across the board.

The organization is good with a pocket for most items. After traveling this week, the backpack can be warm, but otherwise it served its purpose well.  I love the half pint. We have six children and several of these. Sometimes they're used as a purse, or a carry-all for travel for the little ones. Sometimes I use it when I take the kids to the park. It's the perfect size for our younger children to carry their own things. Worked perfectly on an airplane trip recently. I borrowed my teenage daughter's black one on our trip and used it as a purse and now I want to get a black one of my own. Our six year old daughter loves her pink basketball half-pint and our 3 year old son was easy to spot with his neon lime green half-pint. The 16 year old daughter has a wardrobe of half-pints, in black, white basketball and black polkadot. She uses them like purses. These backpacks have been very useful in our family. It's big enough for all my student needs and distributes weight over the straps very comfortably. I was at first concerned if this bag would be too small since it is the smallest of all the Patagonia packs, but after getting it and using it, I think it's the perfect size for a college student. Any bigger and it would be inconvenient. What I love the most about this backpack though (apart from the great weight distribution) is the laptop sleeve/protection feature. The bottom of the pack is padded to protect your laptop and I think it does a GREAT job of it. Love this bag, glad I bought it!  I love this backpack!It is so roomy and has lots of different places for storage.  This product has exceeded my expectation so far, I would highly recommend it.  Very spacious... Nice looking.  I am a college student, and this cheap nylon bag is perfect for my everyday needs. It is not too bulky, but the pockets are roomy enough for all the books, etc. That I carry with me. I am a little concerned about the zippers failing in a few years, because that is what happened with my last Jansport.  Looks good and it was shipped so fast.  I love the Jansport backpack.  I like it a lot. It's the right size and color.

My daughter is in 4th grade and this backpack is always full of heavy books. I should have bought this sooner.  It has plenty of room with several compartments. I like it the way it is made to help take some of the weight off from the load of books, etc being carried in the girls fanny pack.  The backpack was purchased for my grandaughter and she LOVES it. 

 

It's the only bag i've found that can hold all of my books at the same time.  The auditors who chose this black shoulder bag found it to be roomy and easy to use.  It is such a well made bag with a lot of pockets.  Look is good; compartments are not very convenient; materials seem to be sturdy; however, hard to fit under flight chair (esp UA flights).  Lots of room, in the right places. Separate area for notebooks & binder, lunch, pens & pencils, calculator & small books is excellent---easy to locate all stuff required for middle school or high school. Only problem was the buckle broke where you tighten the strap. But, have every intention of replacing it with another Jansport Big Student backpack; have had several, & this is the first time it's ever happened.  I really like this girls backpacks for school.

 It was actually big enough to hold all of my books. I was a little disappointed that there weren't more small pockets for pens and pencils but I found another way to organize everything.  Overall, I'm very pleased. Weight was a primary consideration to me and the jansport Driver 8 was one of the lightest wheeled bags I could find. It easily holds my computer, files, lunch, and purse. Also, the wheels have a very low rolling resistance which I really like.  I just got this bag for college and so far i love it. It has plenty of room and so far very durable. 

14 inch laptop briefcase's attractive, visible, but not too conspicuous.

I bought this lunchbag for my five-year-old. It is lightweight, has a good carrying strap, a nice velcro inside to wrap around a drink to keep it in place, and it is very cute. My only complaint is that the lining is white, and got stained the very first day she used it. Admittedly, a container of strawberries opened up inside the lunchbox, but I think that a lining in grey or a bright color might be more practical. That said, I'm happy with my purchase and the stains won't keep us from using it.  I love the simple Jansport Super Breaks. My new backpack has a cute houndstooth design that makes me want to carry it to class everyday.  

Well made and it takes a good beating from my teenage son.  This is a great fashion tote bag. I use it for both work and travel. I carry lots of things that I like to have separate compartments for (e. G. Glass cases, camera, Moleskine, ipod, phone, keys, pens, page points, Altoids), and this handles everything very nicely. The large, main compartment has a number of possible configurations. The adjustable belt inside is great for keeping your books and folders in place and stable while walking and while moving the fashion travel bag on and off your shoulders. It transports and protects my macbook Pro very well. It has ample room for a number of books and at the same time a Red Oxx Lil Roy full of cables and chargers.

 It's great as a carry-on for flights because it's able to hold everything you could want, it's organized so you can easily find and get to everything, and it's a snap to move your computer in and out when needed. It's also great for a day bag when walking and taking the subway all around New York City in the heat of August as I just did. You can easily store and get at water, umbrella, microfiber towel, maps, guide books, etc. And have plenty of room for purchased items. The Airmesh back panel and straps make it cool to carry and the padding keeps it light on your shoulders. The straps are also easily adjusted. I bought it in the Grey Matter color to change up a bit from black. 14 inch laptop briefcase's attractive, visible, but not too conspicuous.  Have not put into use as yet.  It's awesome for college students - well-padded laptop slot (that just fits my 13") and room for 2 large textbooks.

Great bag to take your computer or tablet. No one can tell it's in the bag, and also the backpack has lots of room for either books or even clothes for an overnight trip. Love this!  One of the greatest things I ever brought.  This is a very nice bag as well as durable and organized. I like that it also has a place for my laptop as well as many books etc.  I love this engraved briefcase it is very practical for me.  I've traditionally used duffle bags when travelling. This Women's multi pocket back pack purse is useful because of the backpack straps. I almost exclusively use the backpack straps. They seem to hold up ok, as of now, when the bag is fully loaded (3 days of clothes and a laptop). I guess time will tell if the straps hold up.  It's perfect for carrying everything around for class.  The european backpacks is used by my college age son.

 

The bag is large enough for his books and is in very good condition after six months.  I bought 3 for my family; both sons and son-in-law love the borealis. I liked it for the organization and weight and especially the colors.  I carrie my 17 widescreen laptop to and from work. The backpack help distribute the weight evenly on my shoulders and back, which helps me tremendously since I had several back surgeries. Also the laptop is nicely paded all around. However, on the top 2-3 inches, it is not protected enough. I just make sure that I never place the bag sideways on the ground. I like the heavy duty zippers and all the compartments for files, notebooks, pens, keys, water bottle and wires. It feels that I can find a place for everything. Plus the ergonomic backpack does not look like a laptop backpack, so I don't feel so paranoid when I travel with it.  I wanted to have a everyday backpack that was comfortable and allowed me to have my hands free to take care of a toddler and a newborn. This bag helps me do that. 

I now use this bag each day to carry my laptop on business travel - I love this bag. It's heavy duty and the built in rain shield has saved my laptop several times.  Excellent backpack for school. Inside/Outside pockets are perfect size for variety of items, including wallet, pens, and odds and ends. Key chain is very handy so keys don't get stuck at the bottom of the executive backpacks. Water bottle holder(s) on both sides are just the right size.  My husband loves it, he has alot of stuff and there is a place for everything.  Nice size and appearance, but needs more pockets.

This Day backpack is great - it isn't a big bulky bag but still holds everything needed for work.

We primarily carried it on our backs. The day pack fit into the overhead compartment with no problem and I had no difficulty lugging it around when it was completely full. I am SO glad we packed light and used a backpack without an internal frame. I will NEVER check a bag or carry anything but a backpack in Europe again!I cannot say enough positive things about this daypack backpack, no complaints. BTW, ecanvasbags has great service and we are very satisfied customers!  This was purchased for my daughter at college, she finds it very useful.  Perfect bag for trvael. Sturdy well made material. Perfect size. 

This is one of the best backpacks that i've had. It carries a lot of weight and things. I've been able to carry about three textbooks depending on the size in the major pocket and all my class folders in the 2nd major pocket. The supply pockets in the front are great too. The cell phone pocket is a little loose but it still works. I use all these pockets and the other pockets for organization and fast access. I like all the straps on the backpack too so I can put my caribeaners on. I also like the fact that I can place a water bottle on the side. It's very comfortable too because I carry a lot of weight throughout the school day.

 

The backpack through seems a little loose which makes it seem awkward to wear sometimes because I usually like it strapped to my back instead of moving all around. I like the colors on this backpack too because it is color theme stays the same throughout the backpack. This backpack is very durable too because it has not broken yet from the stess of all the weight of the textbooks and papers. It has lasted more than this other cheap backpack I bought from Wal-mart. The right part of the strap on the Access backpack though has some seams that have broken but that's from over-use and using it so many times. I have sewn it up so it up because it is so small. Overall, I would recommend this backpack to anyone that carries books in the backpack throughout the school day and wants easy fast access to their things.  This Day backpack is great - it isn't a big bulky bag but still holds everything needed for work.

The mesh pocket for water and the other side pocket are very functional. I appreciate the two small pockets to help oraganize keys, MP3 player, etc. The onlky thoing I wish is that there was pocket/area at the bottom to store shoes.  Stylish and functional, my second one. Makes a great purse, lots of space, very organized, even has a spot to hang your keys.  Lot of room. Like the separate backpack access.  Great Bag. Easy to carry laptop and accessories as well as a few files, etc.  It's a great computer briefcase holds everything you need, only problem is becuase of all its features it's a large bag.

 

I have never had a more comfortable computer backpack than this, no matter what I am carrying it feels light.  Good looking, good style, and practical. My daughter is using the product.  I am a missionary serving in Kenya. This computer bag is rugged and provides great protection for my laptop. Other pockets and compartments provide ample space for day trips and even overnights.  I bought this backpack-like laptop carrier to camouflage the contents instead of using my standard laptop bag. The pocket arrangements make it quite easy to organize not only my personal effects but the supporting cables and laptop accesories. The rollers and handle make it a welcome relief to carring the laptop bag on my shoulder. The construction is rugged and sturdy to withstand many trips and overhead or under the seat treatments. Highly recommend to those who have similar needs. 

I really like this Army rucksack because it provides lots of storage space without being too big and bulky. It has plenty of padding for my laptop and enough space left over for all my books and other odds and ends. I take this computer messenger bag with me everywhere.  This is my computer bag dream come true. The zip access on the side is phenomenal; I can get my 15" macbook out without having to open the straps and flap on the front. There's just enough places to stash cords, hard drives, etc inside the bag. And I haven't even used the bottle opener yet; that's on my to-do list!.  This is a great wheeled back-pack. This back-pack is not the most comfortable when loaded and on your back, but that's when you can easily pull it, and it is extremely comfortable. This is a large back-pack, I carry most of my office in it.

I love this Classic coffee small messenger bag, and would like to buy another one in different color.

I have traveled to Brazil, Thailand An with this bag and have had ample space to carry and protect my stuff. After a few months the pocket lining inside has started to rip between the large compartments but overal this is a good bag.  I'm a Realtor and it's perfect for carrying around all the small stuff I need... Camera, tape measure, flashlight...  It has sufficient space to carry items I need, yet it is not bulky, nor overly large. It's comfortable to wear, and items are very accessible.  Decent zippered nylon tote bag, but orange interior takes a little getting use to.  I bought the orange limited one that was discontinued; i see no reason why this color should've been discontinued!It's a lot brighter than it was in the picture, and cheaper as well. I use it everyday at school and it really stands out compared to everyone else.

 

I think this applies to every bag here as my grey superbreak i got last year is actually a better color than shown so don't be afraid!  I love this Classic coffee small messenger bag, and would like to buy another one in different color.  Great purchase. Extremely high quality product.  Adorable, comfortable, and durable!Also, not overly large, which is good because it is for a 10 yr old.  Very versatile and convenient. Perfect for my frequent, short trips.  So far so good but havent had this bag for very long.  I have had this zippered nylon bag now for 4 years and it has been, by far the best backpack I have ever owned. Only now am I starting to see it slightly deteriorate. Slight fraying around the bottom seams, but nothing substantial. I will be picking up a second Downloader bag due to a broken zipper (The zipper for the main compartment separated from the rest of the womens handbag, normal wear and tear stuff).

Before I bought this backpack, I had gone through 5 bags and they were completely trashed in two months. It carries my Dell XPS m140 laptop (i've also managed to fit a Dell D610 alongside the XPS when needed), my GP2X console, power bricks and adapters for just about everything I own, network cables (Close to 10 different ones) , switches, my old mp3 player, several headphones, a CD case, grooming baggie (Toothpaste and stuff), 2 USB hard drives and a ton of other stuff. This woven nylon sacks goes with me everywhere and has been my constant companion for the last 4 years and has never let me down. It's still pretty usable with the broken zipper as it's only torn on the side, but the separation is getting bigger by the day and it's time for a new one. Unless you have some monster 21" laptop/desktop replacement (Why would you expect to fit it in a bag anyway? ), this womens messenger bags should be your first and only choice.  

It wouldn't keep me from recommending the Cute laptop bag to someone else

This is a great bag: stylish while still functional. There is an abundance of space and plenty of hidden pockets and slots for anything I need to carry--notebooks, textbooks, pens, pencils, planner, wallet, cell phone, etc. etc. I can also fit my 15" laptop in the sleeve in the inside compartment, though the modern briefcase alone probably isn't enough to protect the laptop from heavy impacts (I am planning to buy a sleeve/case for my laptop like one of the other reviewers, it sounds like it should fit). Even though it is roomy, it manages it without being too large and bulky--I'm short (5'1") and I was able to adjust the strap so that it hangs comfortably. It is lightweight and durable, and I discovered a few days ago that it doesn't really get wet in the rain. 

As a college student who has a 10-15 minute walk from the dorm to the main campus, I highly recommend this new fanny pack. Overall, I really like the Driver 8. It definitely holds quite a bit (I carry 2 large binders & 3 text books, but there is room to hold at least 1-2 additional books, which will be helpful as I continue with my schooling). My only complaint would be that the bottom side of the front compartments of the motorcycle waist pack does not have any additional reinforcement or padding to protect the material if drags on the ground due to heavier books dragging down the front portion. It wouldn't keep me from recommending the Cute laptop bag to someone else, but it would be a nice improvement on JanSport's part. It manuevers well & is much quieter than I thought it would be. I can't get the handle to lock in the shorter position, but so far that does not seem to be a problem, as it seems as though that position would be too low to walk comfortably with. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. "I bought this to carry my laptop and all of my cables, power supplies, etc. I thought this satchel would be perfect for this use. I expected a lot of little pockets for all my stuff.

I was wrong. There are hardly any little pockets. This satchel is really just a soft brief case that carries a laptop. To solve the problem of carrying a lot of little stuff, I went to Radio Shack and got some Velcro cable ties. It turns out that one of the inner flaps will stick to Velcro. Now, all of my USB cables and mini-hubs are stuck to the inner flap - nice and neat and organized. Now I'm happy. On the plus side I must say that this is very rugged well made product that will give a lot of heavy duty service. It's strong point, however, is its padding. It's amazing how padded everything inside this modern fanny pack is. If padding and durability are important to you - this is your mini pack."

"I just bought a wide-screen laptop and there are very few backpacks that will fit (the laptop is a 17"" Dell). The laptop is too heavy for me to carry every day in a side-bag, so this Mens messenger bag is perfect. The good: The laptop slides into a center sleeve, with room between the sleeve and the back of the laptop messenger bags for men so that the backpack doesn't topple over from the weight and the laptop is better-protected from being hit. The various pockets hold a lot of material -- this is a big backpack that doesn't look so big. The action of the handle and the wheels is excellent. The backpack looks sleek and stylin'. The bad: Because of the size of my laptop, it just barely fits and it is difficult to get more items into the space between the laptop and the back of the large fanny pack. The zippers are a little hard to use -- maybe I just need to find the way to pull them properly. All in all, I love this large handbags totes." The Jansport Driver 8 is perfect for all my books, projects and school supplies.

 

It is well constructed, moves fluidly,has large and useful compartments, and has a good gripping handle to pick it up. I don't have a lap top, but the lap top section is perfect for my expandable filing system for my work.The only thing I would like is more selections in color and patterns, but that is up to Jansport. I bought a new backpack in September, but it was too small and I ended up taking it and two other laptop messenger bags to school, which was heavy and awkward. Then I tried my old pack from last year, but it was shabby, with a broken handle, and too small. I am thrilled with this pack and I would recommend it to anyone that has a lot of books and supplies and needs 2 big compartments, plus 2 other compartments. It is perfect for 5th grade and I'm sure it will be for the next few years too.

I bought two of these (the most in 2007), for my kid's lunches. The oldest cooler's lining is no longer waterproof, but the exterior is still in pretty good shape. The recent one is still going strong. This cooler can hold a hearty meal with drink or 6 cans of pop. These are durable, versatile, stylish, easy to use/clean, insulates well and are very roomy. A perfect size with easy access (important for little hands), and the horizontal design is a great feature if you're like me and don't want to tip containers on their side to fit it all in. Nice color variety for individual tastes. The inside mesh pocket is handy for utensils and napkins, but doesn't seal so make sure anything you put in there is bagged in case they fall out. The strap is adjustable if you want to carry the cooler by hand or shoulder. I LOVE this cooler and highly recommend it.

The main reasons I purchased this casuel school bag was because it seemed to be good quality

I am looking for a casual briefcase, and this one was so close to being just the right shop for backpacks! I do not own this item, but i already see why this would be a bad choice if your just entering high school. I love the fact that it expands because i don't know what to expect, and how much ill have to carry around. I also love how it looks, perfect for a teenage girl, But, the fact that it doesn't have a padded sholder strap is already a negative. HOw is someone in high school suppose to carry aound their books and such when they will have the strap digging into their sholder. Also, a handle at the top would make a BIG diffrence. When your leaving from class and need to rush, the strap can get all tangled and annoying to grap. With a handle, all you do is grab and go and get the strap as your already on your way. Finding the right bag is not easy for me at this point, because so many bags have one needed thing, but not the other. I'm sorry...but you just lost a costomer.

 

My son, who is in 6th grade, seems to be very happy with this backpack, much more pleased than he was with the Calpak Spirit we ordered earlier this year. The wheels on this pack do not wake up the neighbors in the morning when going to the bus stop like the other one (Calpak) did. The Calpak Spirit was only $45.00, but broke (the handle came off) within three or so months. (Sometimes you get what you pay for). Finally, there is a lot of room in this backpack for an elementary school with mega books! One more thing> this backpack does not smell of chemicals like the Calpak. (I had to keeep it in the garage because the smell gave me a terrible headache. I could smell it in the room, without knowing it was there.)You know, I should have returned that other backpack. Therefore, my son is a "happy camper" so far with this backpack. I'll keep my fingers crossed on it not breaking. Will let you know in a few months regarding continued satisfaction or not. The main reasons I purchased this casuel school bag was because it seemed to be good quality, it was black and I could wear it cross-body style. The shop backpack itself is very good quality leather and well made.

It fits everything I typically carry with me with room for more when I need it. The inside has two open compartments I keep my cell phone in one and usually store my glasses in the other. It also has a large zip compartment on the other side as well as a key ring holder. Under the flap is a open compartment and on the back is a zippered compartment. While the outside compartments are nice you can't really fit anything thick or bulky in them. My only complaint about this bag is it's height, and I knew this when I bought it. I am less than  and the cars backpack appears big. My daughter said it resembled a school bag! But I still love it and use it everyday. Plus I had it within a week of ordering it online. Both the cell phone fanny pack and the shipping met my expectations.

"My typical business travel is with a small suitcase that I check and a backpack for carry on. I use this backpack as such until I check my luggage since it's not easy to use two wheeled bags. Once that's done, I convert the backpack to its wheeled counterpart. The organization is good, but not perfect. The laptop pouch is great for speeding through airport security. There is one huge interior compartment that could be more flexible in terms of dividers. Some of my stuff ends up getting sloshed around. It could use a better exterior mesh pocket for a water bottle. All the other little pockets are good and plenty. The flap that wraps around the wheels is secured on the bottom with a hook-and-loop strip. I have a feeling that this may wear out over time and not hold the flap any more. A durable set of snaps would have been better, IMHO. But that remains to be seen. These negative items are somewhat nitpicky. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and I would buy it again."

This bag is getting returned over the bags brand thunder 2.0. Both laptop carry bagss are great. The only thing i didn't like about this bicycle fanny pack is that the laptop compartment is not seperate from the overall pocket. also, the pocket for the laptop is flimsy and not padded. Also it said my Dell inspiron 6000 would fit and it DEF. does not. The big shoulder bag is really really good though, and if my laptop was more compatible with this bag it would have been the one i would keep. it's got a decent amount of space inside, but for all the crap i lug around as being an architect by day and student by night, it was a little tight. but it did all fit. seemed very durable, a great black fanny pack. the inside small pockets were good, so don't worry about not seeing a picture. just no seperate laptop compartment. "This bag is a TANK. It is much larger than I expected and that is a good thing. Having said that, it just barely fits all of my books; I have to be slightly creative to fit everything in, but it does all fit. I bought this bag so that I could actually bring all of my books, material, and laptop with me to school without breaking my back. It certainly does that. As many other people have said, the wheels are amazingly quiet. You will of course hear them on rougher surfaces, but on a smooth floor, you hear NOTHING. The bag is heavy, even when empty, so I won't be using it as a backpack very often. That's okay, though, because the rolling form is what I bought it for. It does a great job of standing on its own and is very steady. I sometimes use it as a foot rest. It is definitely very convenient as it gives easy access to the contents as it just sits there next to you on the floor. I could go on about the pros (and few cons). The bottom line is... THIS best travel bag for women IS AWESOME."

I really like this briefcase for laptop. I am transferring to a new school in Aug 06, 64 miles from my house, and will ride on the local commuter express bus and on light rail to get to school. I needed something that could hold everything in one bag as I will anticipate the occasional "running for the bus." I read many ebag reviews before buying this bag and was concerned about my laptop fitting. According to the size of my laptop it shouldn't have fit, but it does. It's an HP 5170 and fits fine. I have read many reviews on here where people have said their laptop, smaller than mine, just doesn't fit. I wonder if they took the time to take out ALL of the pads and adjust their size? If you do that you can get any average size laptop to fit. I have also heard comments about the size of the bag being too big. The size of the black bag nylon zip is perfect. If you want a bag to fit everything it can't be tiny! It's going to hold my laptop, books, lunch, and workout clothes for school just perfectly.

 

It's very well made and should last a long time. I was somewhat skeptical when I purchased this bag last August, as I had mixed feelings on the size and type of this bag, and whether or not it would hold up with very heavy daily use. When the bag first arrived, it thought that the quality was lower than I had expected, but I was overall impressed by this bag. This bag had help up considerably well for the past six months, but I was displeased with the laptop compartment that is included. It is not padded, and barely fits my 15" Dell computer. The velcro on the top does not fit over my computer, so it is not able to be secured in the fishing fanny pack. I had to go out and buy a neoprene sleeve for my computer, because the field bag did not provide enough padding for the laptop. Overall, though, this is a nice looking bag and has held up well with heavy daily use. I am able to carry two textbooks, as well as notebooks, my laptop and a/c adapter. The shoulder strap is strong, but does not have that much padding. I would give it a 6.5 out of 10, mainly because of the laptop issue. I like this fanny packs for kids. A whole bunch.

I have had several smaller briefcase for womens that I've had to lug around full to the gills with all the extra stuff I take with me when I travel (and I travel every week). This custom canvas tote bag holds it all, fits under the seat (barely), and uses the interior volume very efficiently. I would like to see a divider or some sort of organizational structure in the (capacious) middle compartment, but that's my only gripe. High points- The storage pockets on either side of the T-handle (great for adapters, cables, etc), The bottle holder on the side, and the overall amount of space inside! I was a little concerned that it would not fit under airliner seats, but I've flown with it on every type of regional and long haul jet- it fits! It takes a little effort, but it will go under there. With my laptop in the side-load sleeve pocket and everything else I jam in the fanny pack extender it can weigh upwards of 15 pounds- so the wheels are a big plus as well. If your laptop will fit in the side-load pocket then you need this fanny pack so stylistic.

This duffel has been an upgrade from that very versatile and useful dive WEEKENDER SATCHEL Bag, and we are going to give away our traditional hard-sided luggage in favor of getting a few more of these duffels! """Improved""? The new version is garbage! 

It's true, CL has ""improved"" this product. In the process they ruined it. For one thing, they removed several features, for instance the new version does not have the removable fast file and lacks the slot for a label on the handle. Also, it is about 30% lighter, and obviously ""cheaper"" in many respects, e.g the sides are now lightweight nylon. I would be surprised if one of these new models holds up for even 30% as long as the old one. And it's UGLY: brown stitching on black faux leather looks awful! There is one actual improvement in the new one - it was easier to open flat on a table. And one possible improvement - the attachment of the handle is apparently different, but you can't really tell if it's any better because it is hidden on the new one. I am disgusted with Case Logic for this crass and brazen attempt to squeeze a few pennies out of the production cost at the cost of huge loss of quality. I'm not going to touch any of their products again - IMO they cannot be trusted." Last year at the ESPN Summer XGames in LA, I carried a computer, documents and several pounds of test gear between our four remote sites in a standard backpack.

At the end of the two weeks I ended up with a wrenched back. Two years ago I bought this Urban Messenger Brief for my son in high school after he complained about the number and weight of the books he carried to and from school. He loved it. So this year I decided to purchase one for myself. Taking this Utility Laptop Messenger through airport security is a breeze. The computer is easy to remove and the extra storage pouches on the side are good for putting in loose change, cell phones, watches, etc for TSA screening. Not only did everything fit with room to spare, but the wheels saved my back many times over. I even converted to the straps a couple of times when I had to walk on the beach. Now that I'm back at the main campus, I use it everyday since our facilities are so spread out. I know at least 4 others in my department who purchased this same womens handbag since seeing mine. I was skeptical at first before I ordered it because I needed a grey nylon students daypack to carry some very large and thick texbooks.

The handle seemed a bit wobbly from the get-go, but it is standing up quite well. I walk all over Manhattan with this backpacking backpack slamming it into curbs, in and out of subways and dragging it across pothole laden streets. My last wheeled bag, similar to this, gave up after about six months, it just shredded. I have had this backpack for laptop for almost two months and it looks just as good as the day I first bought it. The best part of this bag is the computer access pocket. You can adjust the padding in the bag for your computer or take it out completely. I have a 14" toshiba and it fits very well. I believe that it would fit up to a 15" laptop with no problem. Trust me, I can beat the hell out of a bag because I overstuff them with all sorts of items until it is bulging and the zippers barely close. I find that this backpack camera bag has a good amount of room that I don't have to overstuff it, but i could if I wanted and I think it would hold up. I generally wheel around about thirty pounds daily with work files, personal items, a hardcover book, computer with cables, 2 PDA's, cell phone, water bottle, lunch etc. All I can say is it works well for me.

Some people have commented on the broken roller-handle, but I wonder if these people have been lifting from the roller-handle and not the cloth handle attached to the top of the backpack. I do see some improvements the the Jansport's Driver 9. They include: - altering the hard bottom casing of the backback so that some books do not stick up higher than others - a possible ""rain-jacket"" feature so that there is an extra protection from water damage - more room for thick text books (I have plenty): it makes sense to make more room even if it looks a little bulky because most people are not going to use the backpack as a regular backpack (I certainly would not put it on my back after having it all over city streets) Overall, this backpack is the best for the inexpensive cost. I will also add that the compartment for pencils and pens are basically two huge inner-pouches.

One thing to note if you live in a area that gets snow you might want to keep a towel in the car to set you backpack briefcase on when you have to drag it through the slush.

I agree that if you just look at the material, you'll probably feel like they are expensive in terms of what the cost of manufacturing must be. But the value is really in the time savings and organization when you travel. Using these, I've started packing my clothing in terms of outfits instead of categories like shirts, pants, underwear, etc. It makes life much easier and less stressful when packing because I KNOW that I have the clothes that I need - no forgotten belt, no forgotten socks, etc. When on the road, especially when going to multiple hotels or places in a trip, it's also much easier because I only have to reach for a single cube and a toiletry kit. That's massively more organized and efficient than any packing method without cubes. I do wish that there was a clear insert to place a business sized card on top so that I could easily identify which cube contains what items... but my workaround is just to use masking tape and a sharpie. I can fit everything I need for my daily outings inside the purse, including hand lotion, a must in Colorado. I bought this because it's supposed to be the best bag to take to Disney World. It's a well made leather wallet. I really like the quick access card sleeve on the outside. I took this bag to Disney World. I was so much nicer than carrying a purse or backpack. I could carry everything we needed without much hassle. My only complaint is that it could only be comfortable if worn one way and after a couple days my shoulder was sore. Still it is a good buy! I LOVE my teenee bags! I am not a purse person...I hate carrying them and usually don't care to be bothered with having a fashionable bag. The teenee bag is not a trend setter, but I can carry everything I need and attach it to myself (either around my waist or over my shoulder) and forget it unless I need something. I can fit money, cards, keys, lipstick, a pen, and other small stuff.

It's got a surprizing number of pockets and compartments for such a small bag. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in leather or pleather, which I think would be more appropriate for dressier occasions. The nylon definitely relegates this bag to casual use, but because it's so compact, it can fit inside even a medium sized purse that's more presentable. This product is awesome. I love it as it carries everything I need to take with me. I LOVE these things. They make packing (and unpacking) so easy. We like to go on cruises ... we can take these cubes right from our baggage to drawers/cupboards, so unpacking takes about 3 minutes! Its suits my needs perfectly. I needed a bag for my daily commute. It holds lunch, umbrella, work items, as well as items that would go in a purse. Sometimes I use it as a purse as well, sometimes a small purse goes inside to use later. It will come in handy for summer vacation and day trips as well I wish I had ordered the large packing cubes . They could handle stacked clothing with greater ease than the med. size . This is a great tote in a bag. I throw it in my carry on and use it for shopping. It's spacious and "green". I don't take either paper or plastic bags when I shop. I can "reduce my carbon footprint" a little bit with this.
